With an advanced construction phase and the unique opportunity for full customization, this superyacht is currently being built in RMK Marine with delivery scheduled for 2025. The shipyard is based in Istanbul, Turkey and focuses on delivering custom yacht projects to meet every client’s needs in a bespoke and unique way. “We wanted to build a new construction project that would be suitable for the yacht owners of today, by making it sporty and attractive at the same time” said Özgür Numan, yacht department director at RMK Marine.
This 50-meter project features a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, with a range of 5,000 nautical miles. With sustainability in mind, when it comes to the engines, the owner may select between two options: the traditional diesel engine, or a mixed diesel-electric engine offering lower fuel consumption.
With a sheer bow and an aggressive aesthetic, project ARIES has been designed by the renowned Milan-based studio, Hot Lab. A combination of power and elegance can be observed throughout the design, making it a true explorer yacht with all the comfort one could want. The project has been designed with the idea of undertaking long voyages and cruising to the world’s remotest destinations. However, due to her modern elegant look and interior layout, she is also the ideal vessel for a cruise along the Mediterranean with numerous guests on board hungry for entertainment.
One of ARIES’s peculiarities will be its ability to store large tenders, a major request of any yacht owner keen to explore the world on the waves. And meanwhile, thanks to its folding-down bulwarks, the tender deck can be readily converted into a spacious beach club.
