Marco embarked on his career journey in 1996 as a financial controller, advancing to financial director roles at Incas Group and S4win. Concurrently, he offered consultancy services to esteemed Italian firms.
In 2003, he joined the Terra Moretti Group as CFO, later becoming managing director of Maxi Dolphin yard, overseeing notable yacht projects including the award-winning Nomad IV.
Joining Dynamiq in 2013 as shipyard managing director, Marco’s expertise blossomed, culminating in the establishment of NPD in 2014, offering comprehensive advisory support in luxury brands and superyacht construction.
Marco now heads Althaus Yachts as the CEO and oversees one of the company’s core service: yacht management, ensuring excellence and smooth operation.
